I am as much a fitness coach by choice as by training. To me, fitness coaching isnīt something I do; itīs more like a part of what I am. I don't really remember ever not being interested in fitness and strength training but I started training consistently in 1983 at 12 years old. Over the past 3 decades I have learned more from trial and error in my own training, and from working with a wide range of clientele, then I ever learned in the various certifications. Every client I see is unique and has to be treated as such. I believe my experience give me a huge advantage and allows me to consider the clients needs above anything else.
Although my own personal experience lies in Natural Bodybuilding and Competitive Powerlifting, the vast majority of my clients are not involved in either of these pursuits. Although my clients come from all age ranges and walks of life they all share a common trait. Drive to succeed. Because of the dedication and commitment I have displayed to achieve success in my field, I can relate to each clients desire to achieve their own goals whatever they may be.
I continue to compete at the highest level of Natural Bodybuilding and I hope everything I learn along the way about mindset, determination, and consistency, can be passed along to every individual clients to help them become champions in their own right.
