Training Around Injuries
If you exercise, play a sport, or do anything active in life, eventually you are going to get some minor injuries. It's just the way it is. These injuries are usually more annoying than debilitating, but if you continue to train or play through pain, they will likely get worse before they get better. By making some minor adjustments to angles, ranges of motion, and even equipment, you can still continue to train pain free while you are recovering. In this video I use the simple example of a bicep curl and how minor adjustments can keep you training instead of sitting on the bench.
